We raised the walls on this house on January 2, 2010. We completed all of the exterior walls and the west half of the interior walls on that first day.
During the following week our “retired” crew completed the remaining interior walls and got ready for plumbing and lining the building. Plumbing and aligning was done on Friday, followed by installing shear walls. On Saturday we were ready to load the trusses. We had them stacked by mid-morning and then rolled them into place before the 1:00 pm schedule for the house dedication at 918.On Monday afternoon our “retired” crew placed all of the bird blocks. On Thursday a smaller crew got started on the roof sheathing and the outriggers.
