Steve Marcellino on Habitat IWV job site

Volunteer Spotlight:
Steve Marcellino

I've been volunteering with Habitat for Humanity IWV since 2001. I started with the 2nd house and have worked on all the others since. I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment in building a house and pride in helping to improve the city. Habitat also provides me the opportunity to meet some of the nicest people in Ridgecrest especially the regular Habitat for Humanity volunteers.

I am an Air Force brat who grew up all over the USA. I am a 1979 graduate from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio. I have lived in the valley since 1985. I still work at the Naval Air Warfare Center as a Systems Engineer.

I am single. For fun, I build plastic display models, build furniture, and am restoring a classic muscle car.
